Preheat
oven

degrees.
Grease
muffin
pan
cups
lightly.
In
medium
bowl
combine
flour,
and
the
next

ingredients.

In
a
large
bowl
mix
pumpkin,
water,
oil
and
eggs,
stir
in
your
dry
ingredients
just
until
moistened.
Stir
in
3/4
cup
pecans.

Spoon
into
muffin
cups.

In
small
bowl
combine
2
Tbl
sugar
and
the
remaining
1/4
c
of
pecans
then
sprinkle
approx.
1
tsp
of
the
mixture
on
each
muffin.
5.
Bake
approximately
20
minutes
or
until
the
tops
spring
back
when
touched
and
are
golden
brown.
Cool
5
minutes
then
remove
from
pan.
